Creating the best opportunities for our graduates begins with our annual two day induction program. This fun networking event provides the opportunity to meet other graduates, speak to our CEO and create peer networks that stretch across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. And that’s just the start.

Sharing information through our Young Professional Development (YPD) program also puts graduates in touch with a massive global resource, which is invaluable for developing an understanding of professional practice from across our region and around the world through AECOM’s 33,000-strong network of technical expertise. And we don’t stop there.

If graduates decide to do additional study, we will help examine the options and identify particular fields of specialisation that support their careers whatever direction they decide to take.

As an added incentive, graduate involvement in our YPD program is fully endorsed by Engineers Australia and the Institute of Professional Engineers New Zealand, helping achieve professional accreditation (CPEng).
