We make this happen through our Young Professional Development (YPD) program which provides everything from site visits to project management experience, professional networking, technical skill development and mentoring across all our markets – Buildings; Environment, Water and Civil Infrastructure; Minerals and Industry; Power and Energy; and Transport.
