Training & Development

Training and developing the skills of our people to the highest level is an essential part of our business. Our training programs are designed to create new opportunities for personal and professional development.

Training is available to all Maunsell professional and support staff and involves the planning and implementation of training programs to achieve the career development objectives of our employees. We support the full range of training programs: practical, externally-facilitated, industry accredited, and internationally acknowledged.

We also have an established mentoring program, to provide our employees with professional and technical support - in person.

Training schemes for professional staff are endorsed by Engineers Australia, and by the Institute of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ). We encourage our employees to plan and monitor their Continuing Professional Development.
