As a graduate I was looking for a firm that had a broad range of interesting projects across all engineering disciplines, which is what brought me to Maunsell. Since leaving university, I have found the real learning happens when you get the chance to put theory into practice and Maunsell has given me the opportunity to do that.

Working as part of the Transmission and Distribution team, I get the chance to learn from experts who have taught me so much about everything you need to know as a power engineer. I have always been encouraged to ask questions and take ownership of my work which is great when you’re learning the ropes.

One of the things I love about Maunsell is how we are encouraged to get our hands dirty on site!
