I like a challenge, so when Maunsell invited me to join their graduate program in Western Australia, I relocated from my hometown in Tasmania. And I’ve never looked back!

Since joining Maunsell, I’ve had some challenging responsibilities and the opportunity to work on both big and small projects. I feel I am making a direct contribution because you can see the effects and outcomes of your actions. For example, when you start working from a basic concept and develop it from a blank piece of paper, you realise you have created something worthwhile that is valued and has been a collaborative team effort.

I really enjoy the atmosphere here – graduates are treated as professionals and are expected to be self reliant, proactive, and use logical and lateral thinking as part of everyday work.

The best part about my job is the variety – from project site visits and client presentations to training courses and graduate networking – every day is different here at Maunsell.
